1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SpinDecide mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpinDecide is a high-speed decision engine designed to eliminate everyday analysis paralysis for dining, entertainment, movies, and date night activities. The application provides randomized and weighted selection wheels, OCR-driven menu item extractions, and live venue/movie discovery.

3. Guest Access & User Accounts

You may use the core functionality of SpinDecide as a guest without creating an account. If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Allergen & Nutrition Disclaimer

The menu scanner and post-spin nutrition notes are powered by automated text recognition and AI analysis. They are provided for general educational and entertainment purposes only. Always verify ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions directly with restaurant staff before consuming food or beverages. SpinDecide assumes no liability for adverse food reactions or menu inaccuracies.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual designs, animated wheels, branding, and proprietary algorithms within SpinDecide are the exclusive property of SpinDecide and its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded SpinDecide from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and SpinDecide only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpinDecide, its officers, directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service, venue visits, movie selections, or menu items chosen by the wheel.
